This particular BBS's function is active message bases.  Your access
depends on your activity in them or by sending in \whHMBBS.REG\cy. The Files
area always grows with or without an active message.  So, instead of being
a 'single' dimensional BBS like most others we do the following.

If you have replied to the E-mail sent to you already you are in fine shape.
I usually can get back to you and upgrade your access within 36 hours.
\cy
If you have not replied or sent E-Mail to the Sysop then your access not
only stops here but will be reduced even further after this call.  The
choice is yours.
