(If you are using a version of Telegard earlier than 2.5l, ignore this file.)

Due to a last-minute change to the LASTON.DAT file, a small conversion program
was necessary for users of version 2.5l or later.  Run 25QTO27.EXE in your
main BBS directory after installing version 2.7 in order to convert your
LASTON.DAT file to the format required for version 2.7.  (Alternately, you
could just delete the file and let Telegard re-create it, if you don't mind
having the last caller number reset to 0.)
