               If  sysop  specified  the *.DIR file should be stored in the
               download  path,  then DIR-FIX would create another .DIR file
               in  the GFILES directory, causing Telegard to crash.  Fixed.

               Reduced compiled size of DIR-FIX about 3,000 bytes.
