        "Personal" mail is that which is addressed to you. This could 
        consist of mail sent to ALL but usually is a message from 
        another user specifically to you.

        Under most circumstances, you will be prompted by the system
        if you have any mail to read. If you would like to check for
        any mail, go to the message menu and choose "Read Messages".
        In some cases you will be prompted for a specific area. Choose
        the area you would like to scan. The system will alert you if
        you have any unread messages. Click on the "Read" and it will
        bring your mail to the screen.

        When you are finished reading your message(s) you may choose to
        "delete", "reply", "download" or "redirect" your message(s).
