        A "private" message is one that is addressed to a specific in 
        dividual or group of individuals. "Private" messages can only
        be accessed by the individuals they are addressed to.
        
        To send a "private" message, go to the messages area and choose
        "Enter Message". The system will prompt you as to whether you
        would like to send this message as "public" or "private"
