ATTENTION BBS INDUSTRY MEDIA

The enclosed file, NABBS1.TXT, is a draft proposal for the formation of a trade association for the Bulletin Board owner and vendor Community.  It is being distributed to gather feedback on the level of interest and motivation of the community to support it.  

Your interest and support will be critical to the success of this non profit industry self help group.  We would like your support to provide media coverage for this effort not only at first, but on an on-going basis, as well as initial funding and infrastructure to help launch this group, should the Sysops respond that they want it.  

I wish that I had the time to call and discuss this with each of you personally before you get this, but that is impossible.  Hopefully you will have heard of it by now and will give us your attention.

Please read this carefully and give us your feedback.  Instructions how are in the proposal.

In addition, please help us by distributing this file to all other BBS community publications that you know who service BBS owners. 

I see the continued growth and success of this industry as critical to your own interests so hope you will view this as a positive step and volunteer to help.
