ATTENTION BBS SYSOP:

The enclosed file, NABBS1.TXT, is a draft proposal for the formation of a trade association for the Bulletin Board owner and vendor Community.  It is being distributed to gather feedback on the level of interest and motivation of the community to support it.  

Please read it and give us your feedback.  Instructions how are in the proposal.

In addition, please distribute it to all other sysops you know.  It is not intended for distribution to your users, although if you feel that you would like input from them, that is up to you.
