Revision v1.1  -  23 July 1993
  Added a smoother interface for the main screen.  Mainly utilitzing
  background colors and ASCII/ANSI backgrounds and 3-D ANSI buttons.

  Added documentation for all types of BBSs.  Documentation was BADLY
  needed since the first version was put out into distribution so quickly.

  The run counter no longer exists.  In other words, no more "Cripple-Ware".

  Added file sharing for multi-node systems.

  Changed the look completely!

  Made it easier to register.  Included help pop-up while in the 
  registration portion of MAINT.

  Main menu is mousable!

  Changed configuration file format (BOOKS.CFG)

  No longer dependent on the column number of the file names in 
  GPGFILES.LST
