Dictator History

Version .50 Alpha
	First test version of Dictator. Was only running on my board

Version .75 Beta
	Fixed the following bugs:
        Dictator would lock up when a blank message was entered
        Fixed a bug in buying/selling units

Version .80 Beta
	Fixed the following bugs:
	Prices started out too high when dinit was run
	When a land attack was executed the paper would say that
	an amphibious assault took place instead.

Version 1.0 Standard
	Fixed many numerous bugs.
	Added world events

Version 1.2 Beta
	Fixed the following bugs:
	Some maps would not appear correctly for some remote callers
	Changed the bombers around to make them more realistic
	Added the following:
	Spy Satellites
	Spy planes
	Intelligence was redone completely, now have an intelligence percentage
	Added a registration scheme. Currently the unregistered game has the
        same features as a registered copy, but this will change.
