ver 1.1 10-31-92: fixed bug with empty phone numbers in DOOR.SYS; Doorparm 
     passed a space to the target batch file in some instances, instead of 
     "N/A." This had the effect of shifting passed parameters below the empty 
     phone number up one. 
ver 1.2 12-06-92: increased the size of the read-in buffer from 129 characters 
     to 256. This had become a problem when many active conferences were 
     present, causing the error correction (MNP? y/n) flag to be misread.
