     Version 1.00 : seems pretty nice to me.

     1.10 Add the auto RIP detect from IconUpDater for Non-Wildcat
          systems.  Also added a database to keep track of exactly
          WHO downlaod WHAT.  I am now working on a "Forced File 
          Manager", yso you can go in and edit the Forced File
          Database.  It should be ready by next weekend.

     1.12 Fixed the security level Problem and the nOn standard
          IRQ settings problem.                                 12/12/93

     1.20 Some more little fixes...

     1.30 Changed my Input routine.... moved it back to main module.

     1.40 I fixed some bugs..like for non-wildcat systems, it now tests
          for the existance of a RIP terminal program.  Added a bunch
          of LFCRs so that the RIP screens would better... more properly.
          An I fixed the Q-quit problem, at least on my system a buddy's
          system.  Let me know....                              12/16/93

     1.45 After fixing the problem witht he RIP Quit command, I messed
          up the forced file feature and any one could quit even if
          being forced.  This is now fixed.                     12/18/93
