Starting with version 2.00, Star Empire no longer requires registration.
I would rather that everybody use and enjoy Star Empire, so please distribute
this package to just about every BBS you can think of.

Your support for Star Empire will be given by simply having it on your BBS,
and keeping a copy of this archive in your BBS download area so that other
users and SysOps may enjoy Star Empire as well.

For installation procedure, please refer to INSTALL.DOC.  EVENT.DOC contains
information on installation the event program.  SE200.DOC contains other
information of Star Empire that you as a SysOp will need to know, such as
command line parameters for use with Star Empire.  USER.DOC is the player
manual on how to use Star Empire.
