     If you desire to have the latest and best versions of Shareware,
uploaded FREE to your BBS (anywhere in the world), within the week they
are released, please contact the undersigned.

     To be eligible for this FREE service your BBS must meet one or more
of the following sets of qualifications:

     Non pay, totally FREE public access systems, located anywhere in
the world, must have a minimum of two phone lines (at least one line
supporting 14.4 v32bis) and 200 megs of storage. Your BBS must have been
on line continuously the previous six months. New users to your BBS must
have upload and download access on the first call (subject only to later
verification of identity if you require it). Your BBS should have
utilities that virus check all uploads (preferably) and MUST (without
exception) automatically post new uploads for immediate access or
download by callers. Your BBS must accept all legitimate types of
shareware on a "non exclusive" basis (the only exception being adult
material - which will NOT be uploaded) and accept those files in either
the ZIP, ARJ or self un compressing EXE format. The major emphasis of
the BBS should be dissemination of shareware.

     If located in the United States and a PAY system (meaning you ask
or require contributions or fee's - no matter what the circumstances),
you must have a minimum of five phone lines and five hundred megs of
storage. Your BBS must allow shareware UPLOADING privileges to ALL users
(pay or not) without any restrictions. Your BBS should have utilities
that virus check all uploads (preferably) and MUST (without exception)
automatically post new uploads for immediate access or download by
callers. Your BBS must accept all legitimate types of shareware on a
"non exclusive" basis (the only exception being adult material - which
will NOT be uploaded) and accept those files in either the ZIP, ARJ or
self un compressing EXE format. Your system must support two or more of
its phone lines with 14.4 v32bis modems.

     EXCEPTIONS: Any public access (FREE) BBS in the United States or
Canada, that is sponsored by a club, group, organization or company
where the main purpose of the BBS is the dissemination of shareware and
the user base is five hundred or more.

your 14.4k access numbers and a synopsis of the theme of your BBS. If
you must ask questions requiring a direct reply, please allow a week or

you may expect to see an increase in uploads within the following two
weeks (the normal time it takes to get you into our system que). Files
are normally transmitted between 1 and 5am your local time.
