1/15/94  Makefax 1.0 is born.  Makefax is just a simple
	program for converting the raw Binkley .fax files
	to Zfax format while merging all the page files 
	into a single file.

2/5/94   I neglected to include the DOS4GW.exe DOS extender
	in the makefax.zip distribution archive.  Added the
	file to the archive and released version 1.01.

4/2/94  I have added a configuration file setup to Makefax 
        that allows for greater flexability.  I have also
        added the ability to generat Trio Datafax format 
        files.  Released version 1.1.
