Phone Flash is a utility which alerts you to incoming phone calls.
It is designed for users who cannot hear the phone ring, e.g., those 
listening to sound or multimedia presentations with headphones.

Requires Windows 3.x (3.1 recommended) and a Hayes compatible modem, 
and the file VBRUN300.DLL.

Please read the file LICENSE.TXT.

TO INSTALL:
-Create a directory for the Phone Flash files.  
-Copy the files to the Phone Flash directory.
-Create a Windows Group and Program icon.
