Windows Sockets 3270 Telnet Application

  Known Bugs:


  1.  There are problems connecting to some sites running InterLink's
      SNS/TCP.  QWS3270 does not understand basic telnet mode.  It
      expects to immediately begin 3270 terminal type negotiation.
      QWS3270 cannot connect to sites with SNS/TCP configured to send a
      menu in telnet mode and then negotiate 3270 mode based on the
      host selected from the menu.


  2.  There are sporadic problems when running with PC-NFS 5.0.  Several
      users have complained about some functions not working properly.
      I don't have access to PC-NFS, so can't do any testing or debugging.
