This program will process the USBBSnnn.LST for you.
Current copys are available monthly, on the first of each
month, from various BBS's, and places via the Internet.
You may try FTP to:'oak.oakland.edu', in pub\msdos\bbslist.

This list contains phone numbers and information regarding
BBS systems around the US. See the USBBSnnn.ZIP archive for
more information.

The program, USBBSDOS.EXE will run searches on the BBS list.
You can search the list by Phone area code,area + prefix,
full phone number, city, or state. Once you arrive at a full
phone number, it will give you details on a particular BBS.

Put the program USBBSDOS.EXE and the data file USBBSnnn.LST
in a directory such as USBBS. With a new list, the program
will have to do a conversion of the data the first time run.
That is automatic, and you are informed what is being done.
The program then will then create and use 2 additional files,
USBBSnnn.D and USBBSnnn.T. To update to a new list, delete
everything but USBBSDOS.exe and this INFO.TXT file. Copy the
new USBBSnnn.LST to the directory. The program will create
new data files again.
