    BLACK-LIST
    ----------
    Every CD may have different black-list. Black-List is a list of
    users who can't access this CD. It's very applicable when you
    want to install CD with a files which are not suitable for
    persons under 18 years old, etc. If a *.DIR file for your CD
    has a name "WW1.DIR", Black-List for this CD must have the same
    name, but a different extension: "WW1.BL". It is a plain ASCI file,
    with a user names inside.
