        This is a explanatory file of the Advertising Echomail Network
also known as AD-NET.  This network is a small but hopefully growing
network.  It is based out of Maryville, Tennessee.  It is founded and
ran by Walker Netmail Message & File Services, also known as WNMFS BBS.

       AD-NET offers a variety of forsale and wantad conferences ranging
from Legals to Farm Supplies.  AD-NET is offered as a FREE alternative
to printed forsale and wantads.  The messages contained herein are the
sole property of those who post them.  No areas are designed or intended
for private messages anyone with a SYSOP status can read message posted
within this NET.  Messages contained within this NET should not be
construde as a contract, only as a FREE posting area for the users of
the participating BBS's.

        While we are a small NET at this time, there are a few rules
that must be followed, they are as follows:

* 1.    HUBS are required to carry all conferences that are within
        AD-NET.
* 2.    NODES are required to carry the AN_SYSOP conference.
* 3.    All conferences require the use of REAL NAMES, if a BBS allows
        the use of alias names the user must post his/her REAL NAME in
        or at the end of the message body.
**4.    PROFANITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!!!!
  5.    Packets maybe distributed VIA frontend mailers or QWK packets.
* 6.    Hubs and Nodes are required to call their HUBS a minimum of 1
        time per week to upload and download packets.


Rules are subject to change according to the growth and direction of
AD-NET.
