This is really funny. There's so much missing from this program that
 what I am going to do is to tell you what IS here from the Video FOSSIL
 spec.
  
 This program supports ONLY the following calls:
 
        VioGetMode
        VioGetConfig
        VioWrtCellStr
  
 All others just return an error code, as per the Video FOSSIL spec.
 There is some checking of things like coordinates and handles, but
 that's all.
 
 It wasn't my original intent to code this sucker. I probably will get
 around to finishing it some day, but I have lots of other things to do
