  - What is a LORD IGM?

  - In order for a program to be an official IGM, it must meet the following
    requirements.

       = Must read INFO.x file that LORD creates for its drop file
       = Must have Easy-Install, and Easy-Uninstall options.  This means
         under a minute installation.
       = Must install cleanly into the LORD 3rdparty.dat file
