          This is the SHAREWARE Registration information for some P.C
          Softsmith software.  This information is subject to change
          without notice in future distributions.  When you register
          please clearly state or mark what you are registering.  One
          choice is to simply add your name and address to this, edit
          it, and print it then circle or highlight the correct
          selection.  Written comments and suggestions will always be
          gratefully accepted.

          If your primary usage is non-profit support, contact us for
          alternate registration terms.  Hereabouts, we freely support
          needy and immobile people.  We tune up donated hardware, add
          software and get people going.  You may well have ideas that
          we can use.


          Registration Dollar Amount and explanation by program for use
          on one machine unless otherwise indicated.

          TeleShare remote access basic distribution                $35
          This assumes one master support center or machine and any
          number of machines to be supported.  This price is applicable
          for any portion or all of the current release.

          If you want them, ask for the latest version and the full set
          of utilities when you register.

          Specify what disk size and type that you want.


          If there is a non-communications related portion of      $10
          the P.C. Softsmith/TeleShare product that is not otherwise
          described you can register it separately.



          We also distribute a more deluxe remote access package called
          Hands On:

          Hands On remote access basic distribution $50
          This assumes one master remote support center or machine and
          any number of Host machines to be supported.  This price is
          applicable for any portion or all of the current Hands On

          release.

          If you ask us at P. C. Softsmith for the latest version, full
          set of utilities and 'easy use' utilities, we will send them
          in response to your registration.  Don't assume anything,
          specifically ask and make sure.


          ALTERNATE ORDERING AND PAYMENT SCHEMES:


          OPTION 1

          "You can order by sending check, cash or money order to P. C. Softsmith
          or with MC, Visa, Amex, or Discover from the Public (software) Library
          by calling 1-800-2424-PsL or 713-524-6394 or by FAX to 1-713-524-6398
          or by CIS Email to 71355,470. These numbers are for orders only. To
          insure that you get the latest version, PsL will notify us the day of
          your order and we will ship the product directly to you. Any questions
          about the status of the shipment of the order, refunds, registration
          options, product details, technical support, volume discounts, dealer
          pricing, site licenses, etc, must be directed to P. C. Softsmith
          (see below).  You can also mail credit card orders to PsL at P.O.Box
          35705, Houston, TX, USA, 77235-5705."

          Please note that the Public (software) Library (aka PSL) will
          normally be selling disks with the latest version, and we will
          assume that you have the latest version unless you
          specifically ask for an update and utilities.  If you can
          order from PSL and email/mail us with any technical details
          you will get the best overall service.  For example, you may
          prefer to use your current version for awhile if you find that
          a 'more significant' upgrade will be available within a
          reasonable time frame.  We can discuss this with you but the
          PSL people cannot.  Talk to us but pay them.


          OPTION 2

          You can use Compuserve to register.  Teleshare is registered
          as #4510, and you "GO SWREG" to go through the registration
          process.  (Hands On is #4509).

          gladly accepted, but no VISA, MC, or AMEX at this time.

          currently get the same support without any arbitrary time
          limit.  You may try leaving a Compuserve message at 75020,
          2664, but be aware that messages rapidly 'scroll off'
