CBVRVVVR.AAA   (where VVV = version number,  U/R = UN/REGISTERED, AAA=ARC)


CBVR now upgrades the user's time online correctly.  In order for this to
really really work correctly the user should gain some time when going from
one security level to the next.

CBVR now supports the ReneGade "|nnn" color codes.   These codes can be used
in place of or in conjunction with the "n" color codes currently used in
the .CBV user message files.

You must have the CBVRnnn distro package to use this interm upgrade.
