   (B) - Color Configuration!
   (B) - Checking for data files that with size of 0 bytes to delete them.

   = Edit ASCII file after importing it.
   = # of bulletins in record displayed on main screen of Da Edit.
   = Duplicate user bug fixed.  NOTE: You'll either need to delete or edit
     your user records to fix it if you already had it.  I suggest deleting
     the DANEWS.USR file -(*AFTER*)- you run DA11-12.EXE!
   = Display the bulletin more than once to callers, option added in Da Edit
     while creating, editing, or importing bulletin.
   = User records display, turned into user record editor.
   = 'Read:' with status proceeding, at the top of the screen, while 
     displaying bulletin through Da Edit and Da News.
   - Select bulletin # to view, in Da Edit.
   - '1, 2, 3' bug fixed; No more 1 2 3 before each display of bulletin.
   - User record # of total, displayed when editing/viewing user records in
     Da Edit.
   - Users seen tags are numbered to make reading easier.
   - Reset users seen tags in records.
   - Edit users name in records.
