   NodeMon is a program written to help you, the SysOp watch over your nodes
   on multi-line systems. NodeMon may be run on a lan station, OS/2 window,
   or DV window as long as it is run from the same drive as your BBS.

   NodeMon is FREEWARE and may be used with your Registered RoboBOARD/FX.
   This program will display a few simple stats:
      
      - NODE the user is on
      - NAME of the user
      - WHAT the user is doing
      - TIME the user has been on (based on program start up)

   Create a directory on your RoboBOARD/FX Hard Drive called NODEMON.
   Place the NodeMon program in that directory. To run NodeMon just
   type NodeMon from that directory.

   DESQview:  
        To run NodeMon under DESQview you should create a DV window
        of about 250K. This way DV will be able to swap it more quickly.
        NodeMon will give time slices to DV as efficiently as RoboBOARD/FX
        and will have little if any impact on your systems DV performance.
        We suggest either HIDING your background nodes, and keeping NodeMon
        as the top most window.

   OS/2:
        Under OS/2 you should set up a Virtual Dos window of about 250K.
        You should run your RoboBOARD tasks in full screen dos windows (with
        the -TXT option). You should run NodeMon in a scaled Virtual Dos PM
        window. This way you can watch the activity on your system from
        the OS/2 desktop. NodeMon will give time slices away to OS/2 very
        efficiently to help performance.
