You should have the following files after you unzip the zip file (mutex.zip):
	- mutex.exe
	- termcap
	- mutex.tar
	- mutex.doc
	- readme  (this file)


Put mutex.exe and termcap together in a directory on your PC. You need to
compile UNIX mutex.  First, use your favorite communication program to
transfer mutex.tar to UNIX.  Second, run `tar -xf mutex.tar' in UNIX.  
Then type `make'.  You should then have a compiled copy of `mutex' in UNIX.

NOTE: mutex is developed under "gcc" and is probably compilable under "cc".
