     THE IMAIL LICENSE AGREEMENT

        This  software and  anything enclosed  in the original   archive
	are protected  by both  German and  international copyright  law
	and treaty provisions.


            IMAIL is  NOT Public-Domain  or Freeware,  it is released
            as Shareware.  If you intend to use this program after  a
            trial  period  of  THIRTY  (30)  days,  you must register
            your copy of IMAIL or stop using it.


        You are entitled  and encouraged to  give this program  together
	with its original documentation to anybody, if you do not change
	the contents of the archive or the program itself.

	The distribution of modified versions is prohibited.

        IMAIL has no  restricted features, everything  can be used  with
	one exception (via lines). But unregistered users will only  get
	a minimal support by the author and support/registration  sites.
	Only registered users will get full support.

        For  registration  information  contact  the  registration  site
        closest to you, the addresses can be found in at the end of this
        file.  More specific information  and the  current  registration
        fees can  also be  found in  the IMAILREG.ARJ  supplied  in  the
        release archive.

        Registered users receive a key file with a unique serial number.

        The key file remains owned by the author Andreas Klein.  It must
	not be hacked, distributed, reengineered or modified in any way.

        It  is  also  forbidden  to  modify,  adapt,  translate, reverse
	engineer, decompile and/or disassemble this software.

        If you violate this agreement, your license expires  immediately
	and legal actions may be started against you.

        IMAIL is in no way a crippled program, nor will it stop  working
	after a  certain amount  of time.  I don't  like this concept in
	ShareWare programs.

        This software is provided AS IS without any warranty,  expressed
	or  implied,  including  but  not  limited  to  fitness  for   a
	particular purpose.

        The authors will not be  liable for any direct or  consequential
	damages, lost profits or lost savings arising out of the use  of
	this  software  due  to  loss  of  data or any other reason, the
	person using the software bears  all risk as to the  quality and
	performance of the software.

        I will however  do my best  to fix any bugs  reported to me,  as
	long as I have enough information to do this.

        If your local  laws do not  permit  any  of the statements  made
        above, or if you do not  agree  with any of  them yourself, then
	you are not licensed to use this program!
