This version of TICK has been long overdue.  There are many changes
that should be helpful.  One major change that did NOT make this cut is the
implementation of point support.  That is my first priority for the next
version, which I hope won't take as long as this one did.  For now, TICK still
will not handle points

        A couple of days ago, someone noticed that the RAD file created in
HATCH will not be created when a pre-released file is released.  For normal
files it works just fine.  I'll try to address this in the next version as
well, but this close to release I didn't want to delay it further.
