This is not free software. This license allows you to use this software 
for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 20 days.  If you 
use this software after the 20 day evaluation period, a registration fee

LICENSE FEES

The cost of the software is $25 (USD) per license.  A license is for a single
computer per the licensing terms. (See POWERPG.TXT).

A royalty-free distribution license with source code is also available
for $300 US.
