1.10	Added "Floating" toolbar.  Toolbar can now be made to float
	anywhere on the screen you choose.  If you click on it with
	the right mouse button, you can make the drag bar appear.  
	then you can drag it, and click it again with the right mouse
	button to make it disappear.
	
  	Smoothed out the "shell to masher" routine.  should not give
	random errors any more.

	Added a feature to allow you to search for text in your 
	messages.  The messages would be "marked" and they would 
	"check" the "Marked" box on the screen.  Also added a feature
	to skip directly from marked message to marked message.  You
	may also mark messages by checking the "Marked" box.  You could
	then skip to it later.  You may also Omit marked messages.  You
	Can search for words in your messages bases that you don't want
	to pursue.

	Corrected "Control array element not found" error on exit.  
	This was caused by attempting to unload menu entries that had
	not been loaded previously.

	Allow the processing of BlueWave packets using Geoffrey Sy's
	BlueQwk conversion program.

	Real nasty bug where if you selected a conference that was 
	greater than 100, the conference selector could go off into
	the ozone.

	Allow non-display of empty conferences in the Conference 
	Dialog.
