This is an additional file added to this archive for the express
purpose of meeting the requirements of the Simtel Repository.

This program may be distributed freeely by anyone in any manner, on any
media (Disk, BBS, Ftp, CD-ROM, etc).

Instructions for installation and instructions to get you going with
the program are in README.EXE.

Additional help can be got via email support from me at
pjcd@maties.sun.ac.za or via the LISTSERV mail list (for which there are
reams of instructions elswhere in this archive.)

The newest version of Sticky will be announced on the STICKY-TALK
Mailing list. Join the list if you wish to be notified of updates.
