SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE:
* This Limited Use Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal 
  agreement between you, the end-user, and Ember Software, Inc. ("Ember").  By
  using this software or storing this program on a computer hard drive (or 
  other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  
  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you have registered 
  this software, promptly return the software and the accompanying items 
  (including any written materials), along with your receipt for a full refund; 
  or if you are still in the 30 day trial period, delete the software from 
  all storage media.  

* Ember software grants you the right to use this software on any number of 
  computers for a 30 day trial period.  If you decide to continue to use or 
  store this software after the 30 day trial period, you must register this 
  software for each computer on which you intend to use Wanvas.

COPYRIGHT:
* Wanvas is Copyright Ember Software.  You must treat the Software like any 
  other copyrighted material.

DISTRIBUTION:
* This software may be freely distrubuted on bulliten boards, computer 
  networks, or other electronic media as long as the software is distributed
  in its entirety.  
* This software may be freely distributed on physical media (floppy disks, 
  etc) if no fee is paid to the distributor as long as the software is
  distributed in its entirety.  
* This software may not be distributed on any physical media including floppy 
  disk, CD, or any other media for a fee paid to the distributor without the 
  written consent of Ember Software.


THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 
THE ENTIRE RISK OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU.
