    Format Scratr xx.

           Where xx is a 2 digit hex code.

    Ex.
        Scratr 00  ** Makes cursor disapear
        Scratr 01  ** Underlines whole screen
        Scratr 07  ** Normal white on black
        Scratr 87  ** Normal white on blank blinking
        Scratr 0F  ** White on black intense
        Scratr 70  ** Reverse black on white
        Scratr F0  ** Reverse black on white blinking

    Try any other combination for fun. On color monitors this program
   will change the color of the screen.
