MarxMenu Installation:

To install MarxMenu, copy everything into a directory that is
accessable through your PATH command. MarxMenu must be executable
from any directory. To initialize the system type MARXMENU. This
will create a custom MARX.BAT file for your system. Then, to run a
menu, type MARX <menufile>. Included are several samples. Try them
out. The easiest way to start is to copy the samples and modify them
for your needs. The menu files are TEXT files and can be changed
with any text editor.

New Commands:
   CapsColor <forecolor> <backcolor>
   Setting CapsColor allows capital letters and numbers to be a
   different color than the rest of the text. This is handy for
   pulldown menus. For this option the numbers 0 - 9 are considered
   capitals.

When using the UseArrows command, the highlighted selection bar will
now pick up the first capital letter or number. This will be used as
the OnKey selection.

Under an OnKey statement, if a line starts with a '|' then the line
will be interpreted instead of written to a batch file.
