PROGRAM TO REMOVE TERMINATE AND STAY RESIDENT PROGRAMS FROM MEMORY
                RECOVERS MEMORY THAT CAN BE USED IF NEEDED

This program INSTALL.EXE will create a file REMTSR.EXE in your current
directory.  No resident programs should be active when REMTSR.EXE is
installed.  It will not work properly if they are.  So if you have any
resident programs in now, press <ESC> and reboot with nothing but the
Operating System and its Environment, otherwise press <RET> to create
REMTSR.EXE.


              Command syntax
                      REMTSR <RET> to remove last TSR loaded
                      REMTSR/ALL   to remove all  TSR's

I have only used this with an IBM-PC and Hercules Monochrome Graphics with
no problems.
