NEC Multispeed

PC-KEY-DRAW can be used on the NEC Multispeed, but only after proper setup of
the Multispeed.  Three programs must be run first to put the Multispeed in a
mode sufficiently compatible. Run the following:

    KILL640R
    KILLPOP
    INIT059
