ProComm Plus External Protocols


          Included  also in this archive are a group of files, X*, Y*, & Z*
          -U or -D.BAT. These are ProComm Plus BAT files that use  some  of
          the  new  capabilities of DSZ 4/06/88. They also work fine in any
          program that allows you to assign a BAT file to  a  protocol,  or
          even  allows you to enter a DOS command from a command line. Just
          make sure they are pathed to, DSZ is pathed to, and,  preferably,
          that  the  SET  DIRRX= option is used. (Of course, that means you
          have to register, but not everything  is  free,  including  DSZ.)
          Follow  the  directions  in  the  PCPLUS documentation to install
          external protocols. ZMODEM-U & -D are for zmodem, YMODEM-U  &  -D
          are  for  True  ymodem  (i.e.  batch),  and XMODEM-U & -D are for
          xmodem 1K CRC (i.e. most BBS's "single file Ymodem").
