I found this little handy program and added the batch program sort.bat to it.  
There's a handy little undocumented feature: 

If you make the first letter of each name a small letter, but make
the first letter of your favorite bbs's a capital letter, tlxsort will
put your favorites at the head of the list, sorted, and then put the rest 
after them, also sorted.  BUT, only if you tell it to sort by name
from the command line, as I've done in the batch file, i.e.,

tlxsort -n

It won't work if you just start the sorter with a tlxsort command, and then
tell it to sort by name when it asks you for the sort criteria.
