    The latest versi on of a program doesn't necessarily mean it
    is better or bug free, but it is usually the way to go. One
    should at least try to get a version # as close as possible
    to the one listed in this list.

    If your a user of a shareware program and use it alot, I
    encourage you to send the registration fee that the author
    requests. If you don't want or can't do that, at least send
    the author a letter saying how much you appreciate the program
    and/or give some suggestions. Many authors out there are
    writing superb programs and not getting enough support. With
    no support or encouragement, some of these programs may
    disappear or die out....do what is right!
