Here you go--This includes both Key-Fake and another utility
called Fakey.  Both promise to do the same thing, but the
docs for fakey seem more complete.

PC Magazine (source for Key-Fake) allows free redistribution
on its programs, and Fakey came to me through a shareware/PD
software service, so I assume you can do whatever you want
with these things.  Note that I just clipped the doc for Key-Fake
out of the manual file for that disk and (now that I think about it)
no doubt removed the copyright notice.
