Notes on where files are used
-----------------------------
Files of the form ADDRESS*.* are supplied only for the session on working with the primary work surface.

Files of the form PREV*.* are required only for the Preview.

Files of the form Z*.* are required only for the Dealer Map application.

Changes to Trial Pack for version 1.2 software
----------------------------------------------
1.  Dealer map and Trading System form designs have been modified to incorporate Windows 3.0 look-and-feel.

2.  The programs PREVIEW.SBP and MENU.SBP now use FN SYS(7) to determine automatically whether screen is VGA and display appropriate form.

3.  Programs MENU.SBP and STKFO.SBP now use field indirection $$ variables.

4.  Images ARNA0001.PCX and BART0017.PCX no longer present. New image files are ARNAULD.PCX, BROONEN.PCX and CELLERS.PCX. These are 640 x 480 x 16 colors. Full-size images use dithering to achieve better display quality. Much of the dithering information is lost when images reduced in size, hence image quality deteriorates.

5.   Circular pushbuttons replaced by square transparent pushbuttons in ZMAP.SBV.
