Installation instructions for the Windows WYSIWYG Font Pac:

You can use the "Fonts" icon under the Control Panel to preview and
install the fonts in which case the fonts will be copied to the
"System" subdirectory under Windows. If you unzipped the fonts
using the -d parameter on drive c, the fonts will have been placed
in a subdirectory called "fonts" off of the root directory. In this
case, you can copy the section below into the "[fonts]" heading in
your win.ini file. (Installing via the Control Panel performs this
operation for you). In either case, the fonts become available to
the printer driver (regardless of the type of printer you have
installed) in the resolutions shown below. Since the fonts are
screen fonts as well, you will see them on the screen just as they
will print on your printer under Windows.
