Date: August 14, 1987 Number: 192 TITLE: USING THE "SEND" COMMAND WITH REMOTE PC ASYNC DIAL-IN Whenever the Remote PC async dial-in option is used in conjunction with an internal bridge in the file server, the user should be instructed not to send a message to the system console. If a message is sent to the file server, the file server will go down and the following message will appear: "ABEND: Invalid process ID passed by interrupt procedure to kernel" The remote PC may send messages to other stations on the network with the send command. This problem will be corrected in the release of NetWare 2.1.
