COUNTDOWN Ver 1.0

  This is an advanced version of the DOS pause command.  It waits for a given
amount of time and then exits with errorlevel 0.  However if a key is pressed
then in exits imediately with an errorlevel given on the command line.
  I hacked out the program so that I could abort the loading of my BBS, which
couldn't be done with the normal pause command which would hang up loading of
the board.
