these text screens and the main menu!

Next time, when you log on and see the traditional Hang 'em High welcome
screen (the one w/ the big nooses) and you are presented with the very
first prompt to 'press any key' try entering a minus sign (-) or a
plus sign (+) to trigger the Lightning Logon features either w/o or
w/ ansi animation.
