NOTE: CONFIG by itself is just a system status display. It is only when using the 'CONFIG /E' option that environment variables are set. Use the DOS SET command to verify their existence... Enjoy! It did, however, correctly identify all the equipment in three different systems of like configurations. Just couldn't get /E to work!
