- Fixed drive assignment problem when calling drive letter without using
  the CDD command.

- Fixed parameter support in passing command line parameters to external
  programs so that commas are recognized as delimiters

- Fixed string size parameters being passed to external programs

- Fixed SCRPUT and SCREEN bug where row and column numbers where sometimes
  displayed on the screen.
