         Mildly Useful Utilities for Batch Files
         
         This package includes several small programs for use in enhan-
         cing your batch files:
         
         BATBOX -- This will display an attractive, full-color menu and
         return an errorlevel value based on the option chosen.
         
         FREEDISK -- Will display how much disk space is available.  
         Can return an optional errorlevel if there is insufficient
         space.
         
         INUT -- Similar to the INPUT function in BASIC, this will dis-
         play a full-color prompt and return an errorlevel value based
         on the key that is pressed in response to the prompt.
         
         LAUNCHER -- A stand-alone program that will display a menu of
         data files then automatically "launch and load" an application
         with the data file you have selected.  For use with programs
         such as Lotus 1-2-3, WordPerfect, etc.
         
         MUSIC -- Add impressive musical capabilities to your batch
         files without any musical experience at all.  Simply follow
         the included instructions for transcribing sheet music into
         a simple text file notation.  Comes with several example songs
         to get you started.
         
         SKIP -- Insert this between batch file commands to skip lines.
         Don't be forced to clear the screen to have readable output.
         
         SOUNDER -- This program gives you many options for making
         noise through your PC's speaker.  You can specify a single
         tone, a musical note, or let SOUNDER generate a random series
         of tones.  SOUNDER can even play one of four random melodies
         that are encoded in the program.
         
         WAITFOR -- Introduce timed pauses in your batch files.
         
         WRITE -- Don't be left to the mercy of ECHO!  Print full color
         text anywhere on the sreen.
         
         XD -- Change disks, change and/or create directories in one
         simple step.
         
         
         DIRCMDr PLUS
         
            This is a program written for use with DOS 5.00's DIRCMD
         environment variable.  Instead of having to refer to your
         manual to interpret the complex combination of 17 different
         command line switches, use DIRCMDr Plus to painlessly select






         your directory display options from a menu-driven display.
         
         
         MARGARINE
         
            Tired of ugly, unformatted shareware documentation files?
         Your text editor doesn't allow you to specify margins?  Try
         MARGARINE, the program that "spreads" the MARGins of your
         text files!  Add left, top, and bottom margins and pagination.
         You can even specify an alternate column width so you can in-
         clude margins and print in compressed mode.
         
         
         POWER C SHELL
         
            Simplify the creation of Power C programs with this simple
         shell.  Edit, compile, link, execute, and debug your program
         from one simple, menu-driven interface.  Requires Power C from
         MIX Software.
