This is the readme file for the procedure file PROC.PRG.

This zipped file should contain two files:

PROC.TXT -- this file
PROC.PRG -- a set of dBASE 4 procedures and functions -- a veritable library.

This library of procedures and functions contains a wide variety of useful
items. These include message handling, to date conversions. The list is long.
The easiest thing to do is to list the file to the printer. All documentation
for each function/procedure is included at the beginning of each.

These procedures and functions fit the dUFLP header and coding standards.
