WELCOME to Protection Plus.  Protection Plus is a multi-dimensional, fully
customizable Clipper copy-protection AND user-control system.

You MUST create a directory called \PROT\ and place these files there.

This really is the same PROPLUS.EXE file that we send out to our customers
that have purchased Protection Plus.  We have this protected and the
libraries will place a demo BILLBOARD across the top of your screen each time
your application accesses a proplus function().

We know that it is the best out there, and will soon be available for other
languages.

We are using the DEMO Limitation protection in this program.  You can use
ProPlus for 10 days after you run it the first time.

There is a lot here to play with, so be prepared to spend some time playing!

First of all, all tradmarked names used in this package are copywrited
by their respective companies.

Do not delete the record for the sample program, as it will be used later.
You can change any/all of the parameters.  You will be limited to 10 customer
records and 3 products in this demo.  Once you are comfortable with the basic
features, give the sample program a shot.  A step-by-step procedure is
described in sample.txt.  When you get real brave, try customizing the
sample.prg using the disk manual.txt file as a function reference.  You may
also try the library out on your own applications.  Remember that the
----DEMO VERSION---- will flash at the top of your screen.

The list price of Protection Plus is $199.  An introductory offer of $159 is
valid through 5/1/91.  Look for Protection Plus through your favorite
programming software distributer soon!
